मनाली भारत के हिमाचल प्रदेश प्रान्त का एक शहर है। मनाली कुल्लु घाटी के उत्तर में स्थित हिमाचल प्रदेश का लोकप्रिय हिल स्टेशन है। समुद्र तल से 2050 मीटर की ऊंचाई पर स्थित मनाली व्यास नदी के किनारे बसा है। गर्मियों से निजात पाने के लिए इस हिल स्टेशन पर हजारों की तादाद में सैलानी आते हैं। सर्दियों में यहां का तापमान शून्य डिग्री से नीचे पहुंच जाता है। आप यहां के खूबसूरत प्राकृतिक दृश्यों के अलावा मनाली में हाइकिंग, पैराग्लाइडिंग, राफ्टिंग, ट्रैकिंग, कायकिंग जैसे खेलों का भी आनंद उठा सकते है। यहां के जंगली फूलों और सेब के बगीचों से छनकर आती सुंगंधित हवाएं दिलो दिमाग को ताजगी से भर देती हैं। पौराणिक ग्रंथों में मनाली को मनु का घर कहा गया है। कहा जाता है कि जब सारा संसार प्रलय में डूब गया था तो एकमात्र मनु की जीवित बचे थे। मनाली में आकर ही उन्होनें मनुष्य की पुर्नरचना की। इसलिए मनाली को हिन्दुओं का पवित्र तीर्थस्थल भी माना जाता है। Manali is a city in Himachal Pradesh province of India. Manali is a popular hill station in Himachal Pradesh situated to the north of the Kullu Valley. Located at an altitude of 2050 meters above sea level, Manali is situated on the banks of the Beas River. Thousands of tourists visit this hill station to get rid of summer. Hidimba Temple: –
This temple made of wood and stones is dedicated to Hidimba Devi, the wife of Bhima, one of the Padavas (five brothers) of Mahabharata. This temple was built in 1553 and the temple is situated in the middle of Dungri Park. Its structure is a four-tiered pagoda shaped roof and carved entrance gate which is decorated with Hindu deities and symbols. Ghatotkach, son of Bhima and Hidimba, is worshiped as a sacred tree.
हिडिम्बा मंदिर:-
लकड़ी और पत्थरों से बना यह मंदिर महाभारत के पाडंवों (पांच भाईयों) में से एक भीम की पत्नी हिडिम्बा देवी को समर्पित है। 1553 में इस मंदिर का निर्माण किया गया और यह मंदिर डूंगरी पार्क के बीच में स्थित है। इसकी संरचना चार-स्तरीय शिवालय आकार की छत और नक्काशीदार प्रवेश द्वार जो हिंदू देवताओं और प्रतीकों से अलंकृत है। भीम और हिडिम्बा के पुत्र घटोत्कच की पूजा एक पवित्र वृक्ष के रूप में की जाती है।
Rohtang Pass: –
This snow-covered pass (pass) is situated on the Leh highway and this pass is open only in the months of June to October each year. Its height is 3,979 meters above sea level. It offers a beautiful view of the glaciers, the Himalayan peaks and the river. This route is the gateway to Lahaul, Spiti, Pangi and Leh. Due to the increasing popularity, the Rohtang route is often filled with mountaineer tourists during the tourist season. There are many options for tourists for skiing and sledding on the pass (pass) and capturing beautiful pictures.
रोहतांग पास:-
बर्फ से ढका यह दर्रा (पास) लेह राजमार्ग पर स्थित है और यह पास प्रत्येक वर्ष केवल जून से अक्टूबर माह में खुला रहता है। समुद्रतल से इसकी ऊंचाई 3,979 मीटर है। यहां से ग्लेशियर, हिमालय की चोटियों और नदी का खूबसूरत दृश्य दिखाई देता है। यह रास्ता लाहौल, स्पीति, पांगी और लेह जाने का प्रवेशद्वार है। बढ़ती लोकप्रियता के कारण टूरिस्ट सीजन में रोहतांग मार्ग अक्सर पर्वतारोही पर्यटकों से भरा रहता है। पर्यटकों के लिए स्कीइंग और पास (दर्रे) पर स्लेजिंग (बर्फ पर चलने वाली गाड़ी) और खुबसूरत तस्वीरों को कैद करने के बहुत से विकल्प मौजूद होते है।
Solang Valley: –
Located about 13 km from Manali, this beautiful valley adventure is very famous for sports and skiing. The Solang Valley lies between the Beas River and the Solang Village. It offers a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains and glaciers. In summer, one can enjoy paragliding, zorbing (cycle), mountain biking (mountain biking) and horse riding. One can also enjoy skiing, snowboarding and sledding during the winter season, especially between January and March. Skiing festival is organized here in winter. Under the Directorate of Mountaineering and Allied Sport conducts intermediate courses of skiing. For those who want a little adventure, here are several trekking routes.
सोलंग घाटी:-
मनाली से लगभग 13 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित, यह खूबसूरत वैली एडवेंचर, खेल और स्कीइंग के लिए बेहद ही मशहूर है। सोलंग घाटी ब्यास नदी और सोलंग विलेज के बीच में स्थित है। यहां से बर्फ से ढके पहाड़ और ग्लेशियर का खूबसूरत नज़ारा दिखाई देता है। गर्मियों में यहां पैराग्लाइडिंग, ज़ोरबिंग (चक्र), माउंटेन बाइकिंग (पहाड़ो पर बाइक चलाना) और घुड़सवारी का लुत्फ उठा सकते है। सर्दियों के मौसम में विशेषकर जनवरी और मार्च के बीच में यहां स्कीइंग, स्नोबोर्डिंग और स्लेजिंग का भी आनंद उठा सकते है। यहां सर्दियों में स्कीइंग फेस्टिवल का आयोजन किया जाता है। पर्वातारोहण निदेशालय और एलाइड स्पोर्ट के अंतर्गत स्कीइंग के मध्यवर्ती पाठ्यक्रम को आयोजित करता है। जिन्हें एडवेंचर थोड़ा कम चाहिए उनके लिए यहां कई ट्रेकिंग के लिए रास्ते हैं।
Vashistha: –
The village is situated on the banks of river Beas, which is just 3 kilometers from Manali and is famous for its sulfur wells. It is believed that Lakshman made this spring by shooting arrows in this land. Bathing facility is available here for men and women. Nearby, there are two temples dedicated to Rama and Rishi Vasistha.

वशिष्ठ:-
यह गांव ब्यास नदी के किनारे स्थित है, जो मनाली से महज 3 कलोमीटर की दूरी पर है और यह अपने सल्फर के सोते के लिए मशहूर है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि लक्ष्मण ने इस इसी भूमि में तीर चलाकर इस सोते को बनाया था। यहां पुरुषों और महिलाओं के लिए स्नान की सुविधा उपलब्ध है। यहां आसपास दो मंदिर है जो राम और ऋषि वशिष्ठ को समर्पित है।
Great Himalayan National Park: –
It is also known as Jawaharlal Nehru Great Himalayan Park. And this national park is one of the major attractions of Kullu. Along with this, the park spread over 50 square kilometers is a stronghold of many zoos and flora. This national park is particularly known for the protection of extinct birds. With this, you will get to see many beautiful extinct wild animals in this park. Along with this, you can also see a lot of extinct flora in this park.
ग्रेट हिमालयन नेशनल पार्क:-
इसको जवाहरलाल नेहरू ग्रेट हिमालयन पार्क के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। और यह नेशनल पार्क कुल्लू के प्रमुख आकर्षणों में से एक है। इसके साथ ही 50 स्क्वायर किलोमीटर में फैला यह पार्क कई प्राणी पक्षी और वनस्पतियों का गढ़ है। यह नेशनल पार्क विशेष रूप से लुप्त काय पक्षी की सुरक्षा हेतु जाना जाता है। इसके साथ ही आपको इस पार्क में बहुत सारे सुंदर विलुप्त जंगली जीव-जंतु देखने को मिल जाएंगे। इसके साथ ही आप बहुत सारे विलुप्त वनस्पतियों को भी इस पार्क में देख सकते हैं।
Nagar Castle: –
Nagar Castle is located at a distance of 21 km from Manali, which was built in 1460 by King Siddha Singh of Kullu. Earlier it used to be Raja’s house but now Himachal Pradesh Tourism is running a hotel here. Ion (iron) is not used in the construction of this castle. This castle is made entirely of wood and stones. This Castle is situated on the banks of river Beas. A song from a Bollywood film Jab We Met was filmed at the same Castle.
नगर कैसल:-
नगर कैसल मनाली से 21 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है जिसका निर्माण 1460 में कुल्लू के राजा सिद्ध सिंह ने करवाया था। पहले यह राजा का घर हुआ करता था लेकिन अभी हिमाचल प्रदेश टूरिज्म यहां होटल चला रहा है। इस कैसल की रचना में आयन( लोहे) का इस्तेमाल नहीं हुआ है। यह कैसल पूरी तरह से लकड़ी और पत्थरों से बना हुआ है। यह कैसल व्यास नदी के तट पर ही मौजूद है। बॉलीवुड कि एक फिल्म जब वी मेट का एक गाना इसी कैसल में फिल्माया गया था।

Manu Temple: –
Manu Temple is located 1 km from Mall Road. Located on the banks of river Beas, this temple is in Old Manali. This temple has the impression of Manu’s first step on earth. Let us tell you that Manu was the first man who was created by Brahma ji himself, and Manu spent seven cycles of life in this area. He had seven births and seven deaths in this area, and at the same time according to the mythology, the Saptarishis also meditated here.
मनु टेंपल:-
मनु टेंपल मॉल रोड से 1 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। व्यास नदी के तट पर स्थित यह टेंपल पुरानी मनाली में है। इस मंदिर में मनु के धरती पर पड़े पहले कदम की छाप है। हम आपको बतला दे कि मनु सबसे पहले मनुष्य थे जिन्हें स्वयं ब्रह्मा जी ने बनाया था, और मनु ने जीवन की सात चक्र को इसी क्षेत्र में बिताया था। इस क्षेत्र में उनका सात जन्म और उनकी सात मृत्यु हुई थी, और साथ ही में पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार सप्तर्षियों ने भी यहीं पर ध्यान लगाया हुआ था।
Jogini Water Falls: –
It is a natural water fall that passes through the Kullu valley to the Beas River, this place is the holy site of Kabki Devi Jogini. Also, it is considered to be the place of female power, hence this place is known as Shaktipeeth. Staying under this water falls, you can enjoy exciting views while looking at the mountains and the plains. There is a temple under this waterfall and another main temple below it, where rituals are conducted.
जोगिनी वॉटर फॉल्स:-
यह एक नेचुरल वाटर फॉल है जो नीचे कुल्लू घाटी से होकर बीस रिवर को मिलता है यह स्थल काबकी देवी जोगिनी का पवित्र स्थल है। और साथ ही महिला शक्ति का स्थल भी माना जाता है इसीलिए इस जगह को शक्तिपीठ के रूप में जाना जाता है। इस वॉटर फॉल्स के नीचे रहकर आप पहाड़ों और वादियों को देखते हुए रोमांचक नजारे का मजा ले सकते हैं। इस झरने के नीचे मंदिर और उसके नीचे एक और मुख्य मंदिर बना हुआ है, जहां पर अनुष्ठानों का आयोजन होते रहता है।

Bhuntar is the nearest airport at a distance of 50 km from Manali. Bus or taxi services can be availed from here to reach Manali.
रेलमार्ग:-
जोगिन्दर नगर नैरो गैज रेलवे स्टेशन मनाली का नजदीकी रेलवे स्टेशन है जो मनाली से 135 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है। मनाली से 310 किलोमीटर दूर चंडीगढ़ नजदीकी ब्रॉड गेज रेलवे स्टेशन है।
