SSC Sub Inspector Recruitment 2023: The Staff Selection Commission will hold an Open Competitive Examination for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). Departmental candidates amongst Constables, Head Constables, and Assistant Sub-Inspectors of Delhi Police with a minimum of three years’ service and who shall not be more than 30 years (33 years for OBC and 35 years for SC/ST) of age as of the crucial date given at Para 5.1 may also apply for filling up of Open and Departmental Vacancies of Sub- Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police-Male. SSC Sub Inspector Recruitment 2023 Vacancy Details:-

Notably, the SSC is conducting the SSC CPO Recruitment 2023 to fill a total of 333 vacancies for the posts of Sub-Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-Male, Sub-Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-Female, Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs. Among the total vacancies, 109 vacancies are for Sub-Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-Male, 54 for Sub-Inspector (Exe.) in Delhi Police-Female and 171 for Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPFs. However, candidates must note that this is the tentative list of vacancies as of now, and the final list of vacancies for the aforementioned posts may change.

Eligibility Criteria: Education Qualification:-

For all the posts under the recruitment, candidates who have completed their bachelor’s degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply. Moreover, interested candidates must be aged between 20-25 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2003 to be eligible to apply. pay scale of Level-6 (Rs.35,400-Rs.1,12,400/-).

SSC Sub Inspector Recruitment 2023 Application Fees:-

Fee payable: Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only).
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Payment Mode (Online/ Offline): SBI Challan/ Net Banking by using Visa, Master Card, Maestro, RuPay Credit/ Debit Card.

The selection for the posts of Sub-Inspector (Executive) in Delhi Police and Sub-Inspector (GD) in CAPF shall be done through 4 stages namely Paper 1, PET & PST, Paper 2, and Document verification. The details in brief for each stage have been discussed in the below table:
