Hospital Attendant Grade III (Nursing Orderly): 106 Posts
Education Qualification:-
Matriculation from a recognized School/ Board.
Certificate course in Hospital Services conducted by a recognized organization (such as St. Johns Ambulance).
Experience: Experience of having worked in a Hospital
Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years

Lab Attendant Gr. II: 41 Posts
Education Qualification:-
10+2 with Science.
Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
Experience: 2 years in relevant field.
Age Limit: 18 – 27 Years

Medical Record Technician: 38 Posts
Education Qualification:-
B.Sc. (Medical Records). OR
10+2 (Science) from a recognized board with at least 6-month Diploma/ Certificate course in Medical Record Keeping from a recognized Institute/ University and 2 years experience in Medical Record Keeping in a Hospital Setup. AND
Ability to use computers – Hands-on experience in office applications, spreadsheets and presentations. Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi

Pharmacist Grade II: 27 Posts
Education Qualification:-
Diploma In Pharmacy from a recognised University/ Institution.

Experience: Experience in the manufacture/ storage/ testing of transfusion fluids in a reputed hospital or industry.

Trade Certificate or ITI Diploma in Mechanical Engg. with 5 years of experience in medical Gas Pipeline Systems in a 200 Bedded Hospital.
Age Limit: 25 – 35 Years

Electrician: 06 Posts
Education Qualification:-
10th Class/ Standard or equivalent.
ITI Diploma Certificate in Electrician Trade.
Electrical Supervisory Certificate of Competency; and
Practical experience of 5 years in the erection and running/ maintenance of different types of HT and LT electrical installations including UG cable systems.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 Years

Mechanic (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration): 06 Posts
Education Qualification:-
Matriculation or equivalent.
ITI/ Diploma certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from a recognized institute/ polytechnic of a minimum of 12 months.

AIIMS Bhopal Recruitment 2023 Application Fees:-

A non-refundable application and processing fee is required to be paid only in online/digital mode. Applications without the prescribed fee shall be summarily rejected. The fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be held in reserve for any other examination. The application fee applicable to various categories is as follows:-
General, OBC, EWS Rs 1200/-
SC, ST, PwBD Rs 600/-
Pay Fee Through Online Mode.

AIIMS Bhopal Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:-

Computer Based Test (CBT):

  • 1. The CBT will be conducted in the manner as detailed in Section –IV.
  • 2. Candidates clearing the CBT will be subjected to a skill test, if applicable. The Skills Test will be of a qualifying nature.
  • 3. The date and details of the skill test will be notified on the website of AIIMS Bhopal in due course.
  • 4. The result will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by candidates in CBT in the order of merit, subject to clearing the Skill Test, if applicable. Candidates figuring in the order of merit will be subject to document verification.

Document Verification: Original documents of candidates will be verified in the order of merit. The date and details of document verification will be notified on the website of AIIMS Bhopal after the declaration of the result of CBT. The number of candidates shall be called for document verification in the ratio of 1:3 based on the number of posts.
Final Notification of Result: The list of selected and waitlisted candidates will be published on the website of AIIMS, Bhopal after the stage of document verification.

  1. For filling up of online application form, candidates must have thefollowingreadilyavailable with them:-
    (a) Valid e-mail ID.
    (b) Scanned passport-size photograph of the candidate (in JPEG/JPG format).
    (c) Scanned signature of the candidate (in JPEG/JPG format).
    (d) Online payment option for payment of application fee, if applicable.
  2. Candidates must apply online through the website of AIIMS Bhopal www.aiimsbhopal.edu.in. Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted and summarily rejected.
  3. Candidates have to go to the online application portal/web link given on the website of AIIMS Bhopal (www.aiimsbhopal.edu.in), register themselves, and follow the instructions on the application portal to fill up the online application form.
  4. Candidates must fill all the fields of the online application form correctly. Thereisnoprovision for correcting the details entered in the online application form once itis submitted by the candidate after clicking the submit button. Therefore, requests for change in any information at a later stage will not be considered.
  5. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post will be required to indicate their preferences in the application form and will be required to pay a separate application fee for each post in the online/digital mode only. The candidates shall not be considered for posts other than the ones indicated in their list of preferred posts. The order of preference cannot be changed once submitted.
  6. In case multiple online application forms are received from a candidate for a particular post, the online application with a higher “Application Number” shall be considered for further process subject to fulfillment of other requirements including successful payment of the application fee. In such cases, the fee paid against one”Application Number” shall not be adjusted against any other “Application Number”.
  7. While applying online, candidates must ensure that in the preview of the online application form, their photo and signature are clearly visible. If the photo/signature is not clearly visible in the preview that means the image file of the photo/signature is not per the given specifications. It may lead to rejection of the application. Hence, candidates are advised to adhere to the specifications of the image.
